We are always in need of volunteers!
Volunteering is a great way to connect with other parents and to help our school and students. Some of the activities we need help in are:
- Hot Lunch
- Snack Shop Concessions
- Winter Social
- Spring Carnival
- Gift Card Fundraiser
- Strings Concerts
- Teacher and Staff Appreciation Day
Examples of you can help:
- Hot Lunch Program
- Receive, sort and organize lunches for students mid-mornings on Hot Lunch days
- Fundraising
- Lead volunteers to manage fundraising efforts, could include, but not limited to:
- Apple Fundraiser
- Meat Fundraiser
- Additional volunteers to distribute fundraising items (i.e. 2:30pm – 3:30pm on a designated day)

- Lead volunteers to manage fundraising efforts, could include, but not limited to:
- Special Events
- Volunteers for special events, usually evening of the designated day
- Event set-up and take-down
- Food and/or ticket sales
- Organizing vendors
- Volunteers for special events, usually evening of the designated day
- Marketing/Communications subcommittee:
- Photographers – to capture school activities and candid moments for the website, yearbook and PAC newsletters.
- Content writers – seeking experienced writers for PAC newsletters, blog updates, etc.
- Graphic designers – put your graphic skills to work and help design posters, school notices and other communications
- Content Translators
- Yearbook
- Coordinating photo collecting
- Graphic layout, content development
- Library
- Ms. Jan Alexander, school librarian is seeking library volunteers throughout the year to help keep the library organized eg. sort books, maintain the organization of the library’s books and resources. Must be fluent in English. Available mornings, 9:00am – 10:30am, once a week, on a rotational basis
